SH Workflows
The clip studio one person runs from a Mac. One setup file, one command, updated every week.
The kit, every new version the week it's used on real work, the weekly build log and the sh. lab Discord. You stay on the version the studio itself runs.
- Every new version the day it ships
- Weekly build log: what shipped, what broke, what it cost
- Cancel any time; keep what you downloaded
Today's version of the clip engine, lead finder and outreach pipeline, yours to run and modify for your own client work. A clip pack costs under a dollar of compute and about 30 minutes of your time.
- One setup file (./setup.sh) and one command (./sh)
- Found 23 pitchable shows in one evening
- 14-day refund through Gumroad
Payment by Stripe or Gumroad. Questions: stevenhainley@gmail.com. Terms on the refund policy.
What's inside
Three workflows. Each one did real work this week.
Episode in, clip pack out
You pick the moments; it does the rest: speaker crop, word-highlight captions, hook card, loudness, size limits and a notes file.
Feeds in, a short list out
Hundreds of podcast feeds in, the shows with a real Shorts gap out, with their public contact email.
Six commands, no CRM
Add, sent, replied, yes, no, paid. Follow-ups come due on day 3 with the line to paste.

Story
These are the files the studio runs on: the same ones that sent 13 pitches and cut 9 client-ready clips in one evening. The kit is the part that touches customers: finding them, writing to them, delivering clips.
What you need
A Mac, Homebrew, Python 3.9 or newer, about a gigabyte of disk for the speech model, and ten minutes: ./setup.sh installs the tools, fetches the model and checks itself. No accounts, no API keys. Windows and Linux are not supported in v0.1.
Refunds
- Kit: full refund within 14 days through Gumroad, no questions.
- Membership: first month refundable within 14 days; cancel from your Gumroad account any time after.
Questions
- Is this the whole system SH runs on?
- No. SH also runs a private operations layer (task routing, a morning brief, health checks) that is tied to one Mac and not for sale. That layer is sh. HQ.
- Does it pick the moments for me?
- No, on purpose. The moment choice is the product you sell; the kit removes everything around it. The runbook shows how to pick in ten minutes.
- Will this make me money?
- Nobody can promise that. The kit cut the cost of a clip pack to under a dollar of compute and about thirty minutes of your time; whether shows say yes depends on your notes and your clips.
