Terms
These terms cover anything you buy from sh. industries, a trade name used by Steven Hainley (“we”). Questions go to stevenhainley@gmail.com.
What we sell
- SH Shorts: vertical clips cut from an episode you send, delivered to a private folder within 48 hours of your link, with one round of changes.
- SH Workflows: a downloadable kit (one-time) and a membership (monthly), sold through Gumroad.
- On-site setup: installation of the system on your machine, quoted in writing before it starts.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Card payments run through Stripe (SH Shorts) or Gumroad (SH Workflows); we never see your full card number. Setups are invoiced after a written quote.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to have the episode you send clipped. The clips, captions and files we deliver are yours to post, edit and keep. We only show your clips publicly if you agree, which the founding pack asks for in return for its price.
The kit licence
The SH Workflows kit is licensed to you for your own work, including client work. Please don't resell or redistribute the kit itself.
Results
Nobody can promise views, leads or revenue, and we don't. The free sample and the refundable founding pack exist so you can judge the work first.
Refunds

Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Orders already paid keep the terms they were bought under.
