Refund policy

SH Shorts

• 3 free clips: free; nothing to refund.
• Founding pack ($99): not worth $99 to you? Reply within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Episode Pack ($149): a pack more than 24 hours late is free.
• Monthly ($399/mo): pause or cancel any time; no refund for a month whose pack was delivered.

SH Workflows

• Kit: full refund within 14 days through Gumroad, no questions.
• Membership: first month refundable within 14 days; cancel any time after and keep what you downloaded.

On-site setup

Deposit and upkeep terms are agreed in writing before the visit. The balance is only due after the first real job runs.

Reply to your delivery email or write to stevenhainley@gmail.com. Card refunds go back through Stripe or Gumroad to the card you paid with.
