How the studio works

One person. One system. A person signs off.

Steven built sh. industries on his own Mac: a system fronted by Glim, the assistant, whose crew of workers do different jobs, remember what they learned and check their own work. Glim asks Steven before anything leaves.

Steven asks. Glim routes the job.

1. StevenSays what he wants in plain words: “find ten founder podcasts”, “cut the best moments”.
2. GlimTurns the sentence into a task and hands it to the right worker in its crew: local AI for routine work, Claude for customer-facing work. Every step is logged in HQ.
3. GatesChecks the work before it ships: a copy check, routing tests and a real-numbers-only rule.
4. Steven reviewsThen it goes to the customer. Every clip watched, every note read.

Real jobs it ran this week

• Found and qualified founder podcasts by reading their YouTube numbers: episode views against Shorts views, straight from the channel.
• Wrote one specific note per show with the real numbers in it, and sent them by email.
• Cut an 81-minute episode into three finished clips in about 90 seconds of machine time: transcript, moment selection, captions, speaker crop, loudness and size limits.
• Kept the books on itself: a morning brief, a sales pipeline, a health check and a log of every outside action it took.

Five things the system is not allowed to do

• No invented numbers. Every figure in a note is read off the channel that day.
• No sending from Steven's personal accounts without his say-so. LinkedIn, X and Discord stay his.
• No spending until the business has earned it.
• No client work leaves without a person watching it.
• No building for its own sake: the work has to point at customers.

What it sells

The system's output is the shop: SH Shorts (clips), SH Workflows (the scripts), On-site setup (installed for you) and, later, sh. HQ.
