I'm Steven Hainley, and I am the company. I built Glim, my second brain, to take the routine work off my desk: finding leads, drafting outreach, scoring clips, writing the morning brief. That's so my hours go to the part you pay for: which moment makes the clip, which job is worth automating, what good looks like.

No. The Episode Pack is one payment per episode. Studio Monthly pauses or cancels any time.
What about refunds?

What happens to my files?
Your episode and clips go to a private folder you own. Nothing is posted anywhere for you.
